What can we do?

We cook slow smoked BBQ like Pulled pork, Brisket, Brats, Ribs, or chicken. Currently we don’t have the means to grill. What I mean by that is we can’t grill like hamburgers directly over the heat. The smoking process is over indirect heat and takes a longer period of time to really make the meat tender and full of smokey goodness.

We can cook pulled pork for over 500 people or Ribs for 100 people. We could do enough Chicken and Brats to feed …. lots! There are options of Baked beans in the smoker and a few other side dishes as well.
